Dan and Muriel French are the third generation to farm Muriel’s family farm near Dodge Center, Minnesota. They milk a herd of Holsteins/ Jerseys crosses and manage 320 acres of pasture.
They have used management-intensive rotational grazing since 1989, and have long been leaders in Minnesota’s sustainable agriculture community. Dan serves as the President of the PastureLand Board of Directors.
